Both parents original Emirates ID Original Marriage Certificate attested in MOFA UAE Salary Certificate from the company Labor Contract (Dubai Visa / Non-Free zone visa) Salary Certificate (From the Free Zone Authority if you work in one) We also required sponsor's IBAN No   If  the father is the owner or partner of company we need : Trade license copy Court agreement   We will fetch everything and will deliver afterwards…   Prices For 1 Yr Visa: 1,400 + Emirates M 350 = 1,750 For 2 Yrs Visa: 1,500 + Erniabas ID 450 = 1,950 For 3 Yrs visa: 1,600 + Emiabas ID 550 = 2,150   Additional cost: Opening a file with Immigration, we need the Invoice to prove you have done this before. Alternatively you have to pay AED 220.  Fine for late application of Visa / EID (over 120 days).   How long it will take? It will take 5-10 working days to process and give back all the documents.   3. This service is free of charge! When you use our services to obtain the Birth Certificate we will assist with getting you all the forms and information you would need to apply for your baby's passport. We will place this inside the pack when we deliver your Birth Certificates. Unfortunately we are not legally allowed to obtain the passports and it would be the Parent's responsibility to complete the application prosess and collect the passport. This service only available for babies born in Dubai and includes obtaining: The local Arabic Birth Certificate (Attested by the Ministry of Health) The English translated Birth Certificate (Attested by the Ministry of Health and Foreign Affairs) How it works... 1. Have the following documents ready:   Both Parent's ORIGINAL Passports and a valid UAE residence visa (we will give you a signed receipt for this!)   Both Parent's Original Emirates ID   ORIGINAL Marriage Certificate attested in Ministry of Foreign Affairs in UAE   ORIGINAL Birth Notification (this is just a print-out with the Hospital's stamp on it) 3.
